I think there will be free releases with updates...the most interesting answers for me will be how will the civil war finish and how it will be reminded in TES VI (as it's just up to the players choice who won the civil war), and what about the Thalmor ? I'll look forward for TES VI, as I'm not a big fan of the Fallout series.

I used to be a lonely adventurer, than I found followers very funny^^ I started to use Ultimate Follower Overhaul to do it at the best, and I really appreciated all the new options this mod gives. But it lacks of one last thing: the possibility to spar with the companion to train. I found this: http://skyrim.nexusmods.com/mods/23241, but this mod needs some improvements indeed !! It would be great to make it UFO compatible, naturally...anyone who can help ? Anyone working on something similar ?

That's a great idea !!! I remember someone did something like this for Oblivion (it was an uncomplete work, anyway). It would be amazing to have it on Skyrim !!!!! Supporting this mod ;)

This is a common bug using custom hair on NPC...perhaps it will work also for you. You need to export facegen data to resolve it.

Looks like doesn't work to fix it with the CK: I can remove update.esm, but still have CTD after the error. I'll try with TESVSnip...hoping the problem is the update.esm localization...

I'm trying to traslate a mod for my own (doing some modification as I like...I often do so !), but when I try to open it with the CK an error occurs and I have CTD. It's not the first time it happens: I had the same problem with every mod using update.esm as requirement. I have the latest version of Skyrim, so I'm pretty sure it's not that. Anyway, my question is: there's any way to delete a requirements for a mod ? For example, the one I'm trying to modify (Riverwood Castle: http://skyrim.nexusmods.com/mods/26835). I just don't want the CK to load the update.esm, as I'm enough sure it's the problem (my opinion is because of the localization...) !! Btw, this is the error occurring: Assert File: C:\_Skyrim\Code\TESV\TES Shared\misc\BSGLocalizedString.cpp Line:2860 LOCALIZATION: Error opening or reading strings file. Thanks for help in advance !!

Thanks both, I appreciated and given kudos. Just to let you know, my final decision is I'll look for the Geforce 660. If i can't find it at a reasonable cost (to me), I'll take the 650. I really like what I read on benchmarks, tom's hardware reviews and other stuffs about these video cards. Both cards. Really thank you !!

Hi everyone, I need an advice: I wish to play Skyrim with a (enough) smooth pc. Actually I have: AC 500w (don't know the model), processor I5 2,8 ghz, ASUS 5450 1gb, 8gb ram, Windows 7 Ultimate 64bit, screen resolution I want 1920x1080. My mission is to take a better graphic card. I'm very interested to the Geforce 650 2gb...any advice ? Would it be good to play Skyrim ? I don't care to play Skyrim Ultra..perhaps High^^...anyway I would have a fluent gameplay with good textures and max LOD. No ENB, I don't like them at all. Please help me...I'm looking for a good economic/performance deal !! Any advice is welcome.

What if I use an ENB ? Can this help improving FPS ? If yes, someone knows a good ENB to do so ?

My computer have a I5 processor 3ghz, 8 gb ram and ATI Radeon 5450 1gb ram, windows 7 64bit. Video card drivers updated. My resolution is 1920x1080. I don't know what PSU I have. How can I know it ?

Try using a different server. I had similar problems using London servers (as I'm an european user). Using US servers I can download any file without problems.

Any advice for a good GPU ? I could use a Geforce 210 1gb ram (I found it), but I don't know if it's really better. I'll look for some good GPU...I found on internet a very interesting graphic card: Geforce 410 GTX...

Hi, I hope someone can help me, or at least make things clearer to me. I started to play again Skyrim from a few days. It was a year or so I didn't play Skyrim, so Steam patched the game. When I started a new game, it was more slow, with very bad FPS. This was very strange, because a year ago I played it on my laptop with a processor 2,3 ghz, 4gb ram and a ATI Radeon HD545v 512 mb ram, and I can play Skyrim enough smoothly. Now I'm playing on a computer with an I5 processor 3ghz, 8 gb ram and ATI Radeon 5450 1gb ram. How the hell could it be the game is so slow ?? I lowered the graphic setting, trying to have a better FPS but I have to lower it too much to have a decent FPS, and it become a pain. The last thing happened to me ? When I go out from a cave and I have the "blinding" effect, it lasts forever. And I have to reload a previous saved game to make it works. I can't understand...is it a bug or something like this, or the last patches made Skyrim an "heavy" game like hell my computer can't run ? I don't think to have such a bad computer... I can't make a try on my old laptop because I have it no longer... I don't have any DLC, neither I'm using the high resolution texture packs.
