Piece of advice : Don't watch the GTA Vice City Halo mod by jessrocked.....

It'll scare you as hell. But I spoiled it.

Oh and that pic of that guy. I can't believe it's actually you, buddah! Although you're 65 years of age I must presume, am I right? Still, you're never too old to have fun! :)

You ALL scare me on some levels!

I love talking with you but if it comes that I have a questions I probably will just keep changing download orders in my OBMM until it works or I run out of creative swear words!

This stuff is so intimidating you don't even understand. When I tell you guys I really can barely turn on my computer I am SO not joking.

You don't even want to guess how long it took me to figure out what and where my "data" file was!

:wallbash:

For example, just now I was trying out the new ranger mod and of course there was a BUNCH OF FRIGGIN' EXCLAIMATION POINTS EVERYWHERE!!

I am sure to figure it out though. The only mod that has bested me is Blood and Mud...I just can NOT get it to work!

And West Virginians are nice but I should have been born somewhere else. You know...with culture and literacy (I jest!)

Buddah---guide me and I will make you proud. :)

There are many experts on load order on the official ESF forums, posting your question there will get you a quicker response.

Start a thread in the mod forrums here:

http://www.bethsoft.com/bgsforums/index.php?showforum=25

Load order is not my specialty, but there are many there that are more than willing to help.

Buddah

If you are not already a member there, just signup and start a topic for help with load order.

EDIT: the exclamation marks in the yellow triangles, are the game engines warning that it cannot find the mesh. Usually caused by a bad installation.

Well you're computer troubles are honestly nothing that I haven't seen before. Like I said, I live in Hill-billy capital U.S.A., so most of the people around where I live can't even spell computer....let alone use one. But I'm an IS contractor for an Aluminum processing plant, so I don't have much trouble helping others get through things. The hardcore Game-application troubleshooting isn't really my cup of tea though, mostly I just deal with office type applications. But feel free to ask me any questions you might have and I'll try to help or at least recommend you to someone who can, if I can't. And after reading back over some of your thread, I see you said that you like science fiction. Have you by anychance read Spider Robinsons, The Callahan Chronicles?

No I dont htink I have. Are they good? I may have to look them up. I am almost finished with the new Harry Dresden and need something new to read....since I am currently a jobless loser and all! :)

Tell me which mod, and what extraction tool you use and I will try to help. But if you use obmm, you can just make an omod out of it and it will cure your problems.

I will download the mod and look at the file structure.

Yeah their one of my favorites. I'de give you a link but right now i'm on a computer with a dial-up internet connection, so it's a bit of a pain in the neck to page-hop. You should be able to find a decent amount of info on Wikipedia though. Heads up though, either 'The Callahan Chronicles' or 'Spider Robinson' won't produce any results when you do a search for them(can't remember which one is useless and which one gets the goods).

1) unwrap the Oblivion disk and throw away the plastic

2) find power for the big shiny thing on the desk..
