Excessive CTD regardless of what I'm doing!

Sometimes it takes 10-15 minutes, sometimes it takes 10 seconds, sometimes it takes a fast travel, or entering a building. No matter what, I can't play.

Tbh, I feel it's something to do with my mods, but even if I play with none it sometimes happens!

I know I'm being vague, but there isn't much else to tell. I'm sure some of you seasoned troubleshooters will be able to help me out! :D

Have you done the change to the Fallout .ini that limits your cpu to only two cores? Is you game installed outside of the UAC? These are known issues with Fallout 3. If you check through the forums, I'm sure you will find the answers to your problems.

It's installed into my C drive, not in my program files, and I've had UAC turned completely off since day one, but I haven't hears about this two core limiting thing, I'll take a look.

According to your Options your game resolution is set at 1280x729 while your Desktop resolution is set to 1600x900. You don't say what type of monitor you are using but it's always best to run at your monitor's native resolution. Try to match up all three.

I was running Fallout in a small window so that when it crashed I'd have easy access to my Task Manager, lol. I'm running 1600x900 fullscreen now (Which is my monitor's max resolution)

Also, since that 2 core fix I haven't had a single crash yet! Fingers crossed nothing bad happens, I'll let you know if I crash again.
