Has anyone got the files for it?I would like to direct your attention to the top of any mod page. You will see "Search". Left click on the word "Search" and a box will drop down where you can type in your search criteria. Using FOOK2, this result was returned in less than a second: http://www.nexusmods.com/fallout3/mods/4448/? Be sure to read the entire description page before attempting to install the mod.
