I'm hopeing some one can help, i put a picture up on nexus of my sunshine tidings settlement using a settlement blueprint done by TheDevian and i put in the decription that i had been given permission by him to upload it as a blueprint my self with what i had done to it. What im wanting to know ive done the settlement bluprint as bare bones only walls defences beds lights and power im still waiting on permissions for 2 of the 7 mods ive used ive already got permission from 5 of them ive only used items from the mods in workshop mode no meshes or anything like that has been used would i still have to wait for permissions from the 2mods or not hope some one can help as it will be the first time ive uploaded anything to nexus thanks.

 

 

in relation to the question i have asked all the mods that i used in my blueprint were just used in the workshop men so only a couple of items from each mod there were no meshes or anything like that used from the mods themselves

If you want to upload it to the Nexus, then yes, you will need to wait for the permissions from the last 2 authors first before making it publicly viewable. You might also want to double check their mod descriptions to see if they have already stated their permissions.

Just to upload a blueprint? Wait, I may be missing something here.

I think the Blueprints mod creator should already have given permission for people to upload blueprint to share with others (and just put his credit and link back to his mod, because others can't use your blueprint without his mod). If he constantly gets PM on permission, it will drive him nuts.

And there is a reason for an entire file section on Nexus just for Blueprint. So imo just credit and link back to his mod is all he ever needs.

 

Also, I realize I couldn't read and understand the OP with endless sentence without any punctuation. But if I deciphered correctly ... why don't you remove the items from the authors not yet given you permission and replace with something Vanilla or other mods already have given permission? I am sure it won't break your settlement up too much. Maybe with the exception of the bathtub and shower mod. There is no replace of real functional shower :)
