Does luck effect chance to paralyze with bow

I looked up what luck does on the uesp and it said it affected:Arena bets, Damage and Banish effect chance but I was wondering does it affect the chance to paralyze with a fully drawn bow or disarm with a sideways power attack with a blade? I didn't see it mentioned. Any feedback would be appreciated.

Whichever your luck you can't paralyze anyone with a bow if you aren't a marksman master.

Your will increase this likelihood by decreasing the target's agility.

You can disarm your foes with a blade/blunt side attack as soon as you become journeyman.

UESP doesn't mention luck as a setting increasing your chances of paralyzing with a bow or disarming with a blunt or blade so it looks like no.

I know that you can't paralyze with a bow until master level but like when you are master level there is a 5% chance to paralyze do luck affect that chance

According to discussions here and in the UESP article, Luck simply helps you get to advanced skill levels faster, and these skill levels determine your chance to paralyze, not your Luck number.

From a previous thread on the topic:

"Luck governs no skills directly, nor does it boost your skills over 100. However, it affects just about everything in the game. A luck value of 50 means that nothing goes for you or against you. Luck above 50 influences events in your favor. Luck below 50 influences events against you.

Luck modifies all your skills (except Athletics and Acrobatics) behind the scenes as follows:

SkillModifiedByLuck = SkillInQuestion + ( ( fActorLuckSkillMult * Luck ) + iActorLuckSkillBase )

With default settings the formula goes as follows:

SkillModifiedByLuck = SkillInQuestion + ( 0.4 * (Luck - 50 ) )

In other words, a skill is increased by 40% of however many points of Luck you have over 50; e.g., for a Luck of 60, influenced skills are increased by 4 (40% of 10) skill levels (skill points). These luck boosts do not grant the skill perks if the hidden bonus pushes you to the journeyman, expert etc. ranks."
