But say it short and softly.>Companion Talk , make and player vocally communicate about enemy status, position, numbers or even tactics, the road, life etc. A Lonely and lengthy game otherwise.>Customizable hot KEYS for Aid ,Appearance, Junk, Weapons, Misc. etc. so I can instantly enter where I want in the ''pip boy''>Quest Giver Indicator, I wanna know which NPCs give me quests just by looking at them>Give MERCY, new ability after you injure, wound someone for less exp but more...karma. Abilities like stop enemies bleeding, save his life plus a chance to inspire, defect and recruit as follower for faction or other function.>Intimidation Level in order to increase" pacify and mercy" effectiveness and also apply to charisma for like barter or just vocal comments from NPCs. And enemy AI to stay back.--------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------First, do something about the MF lack of ANIMATIONS that should be made by arms and hands when interacting like: pressing a button, opening a door, looting a corps, grabbing, placing or receiving an item, eating or drinking or bumping against something also throwing granades and dropping mines etc, the most important aspect, but make em very quick so they don't annoy over time (like in and out of power armor and computer terminals). {-_-}-Improve Facial, Head and Body gesture, expressions and improve all MOTIVITY it looks like they all move, run like robots or machines, looks very unrealistic.-add Many more NEW textures, colors and sizes for creatures and humans, they look the same humans, super mutants, death claws , cows, dogs, flies , robots , synths, etc.Multiple VARIED textures, colors and sizes for and DECORATION, tired of seeing the same type items everywhere: desk fans, computers, radio's, cameras, ammo bags, books, paper, mattresses, terminals, tables, lockers, debris, walls and some doors etc .(Especially noticeable when playing 100+ hours or the previous FL games)Second something about the childish DECAPITATION system. Tired of decapitating heads with fists, knives, sticks, pistols and other silly weapons. make big bullet WOUNDS ala MAX PAYNE.(And bloody mess perk= childish= feeling shame for playing fallout by a grown man.-Ad many pain expressing and slow death drop animations (without decapitations or way less) NPCs should stagger wounded to cover or even jump/sprint for cover.-Most important of all remove the unimmersive VATS or make BulletTime coexist with VATS without Jet and make perks and abilities around Bullet Time (like in the '' V.A.F.S'' mod .)But not so SLOW as Jet would be more enjoyable and challenging. (Keep jet for slower slow-motion).-VATS completely takes you out of the the game or momentum, its feels fake like you stop time, stop moving: click click click, wait and see what happens, like you weren't really aiming or moving a MF muscle... Decrease the amount of MELEE ENEMIES chasing us to their graves like zombies instead they need to stay back and hide, wait for you in close quarters, and quicky rush to attack and my you stagger...( chasing down an opponent with a knife or stick while you are getting blasted at by MF shotgun or an assault riffle by a dude in power armor... is unrealistic human behavior).-make melee NPCs carry an alternative (secondary) firearm for distant enemies. There's more guns than people at home in the USA WTF have they disappeared.(3 out of 10, carry melee weapons)PERKS>>>ABILITIES.Add many more Player Abilities,( there where a few but not much like: charging at enemy with power armor, shoot enemy through walls, animal or NPC pacification, nuke fusion core eject, cannibal and crafting, the rest was increase or decrease this and that ) We want to become stronger by LEARNING many new abilities, and not by damage and health perks + - type crap.Realistic AI: fear, pain and wounds.Make enemies help themselves when they are in danger and run for cover. don't make a whole pack fall for the same trick. they see what I'm doing how they are dying they must readapt directly, flank , flee etc.To often they're just standing with low heath, why'll I'm firing at them from a afar like at robots... NPC run for to cover you are wounded...sprint for cover...stagger to cover...jump MGS5 style for cover ...fear for your life flee identify me and put a bounty on my head. BALLISTIC COMBAT (realistic gun feel).-Weapons must have to have AIM SWAY when aiming through Iron sights, Red dot, ACOG, etc. (also to offset silly detection range)-40 pound weapons don't have aim sway through iron sights or red dots... unrealistic.-More horizontal recoil for powerful weapons.Big guns= power, ironsight sway.Small guns= less power, less ironsight sway.MELEE Combat.-Remove the slow REPETITIVE "right to left sword swinging" and put in a stylish COMBO system.-Make perks learn new (abilities) combo hits to the existing combo like: 3 hits, then 4 hits, then 5 hits, then 6 hit combos and evolve on this system.-Force quick deaths ANIMATIONS when killing an enemy from All Sides .-Put in Ability to DEFLECT bullets by very rapid stylish swinging of your sword ... (imagine "Something like" WHIRL from WITCHER 3) while moving toward enemy to deflect bullets .-Make sword THROWING possible (abilities or augments that magnetically brings back your sword to you ).-Make ENVIRONMENTAL kills possible by grabs, kicks, push, slams, throws, tackles etc...-DODGE, PARRY, COUNTER and react -CUSTOMIZABLE CAMERA for 3rd person, Bethesda (we're not a MF computer experts and don't always have time for that "learn to edit s***"). I like MGS aiming.-Survival Difficulty '' no save'' and the inventory management is ridiculous often, apply automatically eat, drink, heal, drop cheap item when overweight with animations in 3rd person. the less management the better So we don't have to curse every time we go into the inv management.I would like to have a extra difficulty where its all realistic like weight, fatigue, sleep and all of it, but able to save . just eat, drink, remove and somethings can be done automatically so we don,t have to waist time in the inventory. WORLD-More futuristic looking, much Larger Map and many human races ,gangs, cults, guilds, factions that control parts of the area and live of a certain economy that they produce, trade and compete against other regional governments.-A realistic world with Less Mutated Creatures but more Mad Max type of societies, gangs and large patrols-I would like to see some kind how huge civil war like WW4 because in 2077 was WW3.-TRANSPORT vehicles, terminator / Mad Max type vehicle road gangs, road hunters, police , robots etc. On missions or raiding for savage or meat . With many vehicles and back up for safety. They can also be searching for you for many reasons, So hide, sneak away or watch them search . -GOUL, SUPER MUTANT and SYNTH large societies who are trying to stay together to not get exterminated by humans. Outcasts and renegade societies Staying together ..-CHOOSE A Faction and will they Learn and Give you new Ability augmentations and faction type equipment as long as you are not friend with their enemy... maybe they can spy on ya and can disable some augments or even have kill switch in those augment. QUESTS .Most of the time it's: bring me these, deliver these, kill these ...( Kellogg quest was OK), more detective or spy evolving quests with many twists and turns.Sad thing quests is that sometimes NPC don't look or face at me they stand with their back talking to me or they crouch not even looking up at me. -interesting cinema Cut scenes throughout game quests or faction or game progression, conquering or preparation etc.-Make certain unique faction level quests when you reach a certain faction level just like companies for new augments, perks. IMMERSION BREAKERS !!!!! - fires additional projectile, chameleon armor, laser weapons, the mutated characters, seeing the same objects and junk items over and over, fantasy tracking HUD systems, NPCs that are stuck cant move, the way NPCs run and turn, no danger reckless AI behavior, carry weight but ..hey .Additional projectile, doesn't even require 2 bullets at ones. cheap free bullet from where?? . You cant be the ONLY ONE that has super natural powers in this game because you are just a human not a biological weapons or robot so wats up with chameleon, tracking hud, night vision and more visual fantasy . because perks are not augments it has no story or background at all, nobody knows where that Perk Chart came from because no one else has those power but you and you are just a vault dweller. Sneak damage is feel fake, why crouch only and not from all undetected positions ? fix it.-Dumbest of all are little Legendary enemies dropping BigFG is sad !!!, it doesn't fit in their body,and did they eat those items ? Just make legendary enemies have legendary materials to craft legendary weapon, perks etc.-Real world named brand are missing and its easy to steal, kill without consequences nobody watch you. SCRAP AND BUILD have no animations or time... like a Gini just forfilled my wish and build it out instantly, animations please. <<< smaller Damage perks, they outshine the rest of the "not an new ability'' perks. you should get, learn new abilities and work with those instead of increasing your damage or life BS<<< less Health increase per lever or NONE , High health plus customized armor + customized weapons + skill magazines, damage and health perks, companions makes it easy and all other perks less desirable when health is high.Taking a 100 shots before dying feels inhuman, BTW there is no scene of danger or patients, tactics anymore when your OP on HEALTH.( just letm play on easy if it's to hard ...DAM) SPECIAL CRAFTING: multiple barrels, mages, 1 trigger type weapons or multiple purpose weapons (Plus secondary weapon fire abilities like ''charge weapons or rapid fire'' etc. TO MAKE LONG STORY SHORTER, gameplay MODS that I Feel should be included by default in FALLOUT 5 .Lowered weapons >>>no combat boundaries >>>take cover >>>sit anywhere >>>MGS aiming >>> realistic ragdoll >>> visible weapons >>> full dialogue interface >>> move get on the way >>>grab and eat all in one>>> auto eat and drink >>> quick trade>>> player head track and comment.Don't make us wait for MODS because they don't always work properly and we already experienced the whole game 5X over by now .As for the LOCATION .A big city where there are allot of skyscrapers, and huge underground METROS to explore like : New York(has it all!), Moscow(most beautiful metro in world) + Chicago, London or >>> Beijing, Shanghai, Tokyo or Hong Kong. I don't care about historical s*** like red looking Boston, and other smaller cities period...........After FO5 new York, exit the USA one time and tell story of her arch enemy Rassia .------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------Most ANNOYING part of the game is the MF inventory management, looking for what to use or drop from inventory or transfer by fast travelling 10X over and waiting 24 hours 100X to sell my equipment... loading screens, lack of FP animations.Most FUN part is exploring, blowing stuff up, making bullet holes, levelling up, choosing perks, using nice abilities, having companions squad, doing quests and rewards (not Radiant guests, NPCs Shouldn't be Saying the Same Sentences over and over to player makes it feel repetitive, diverse lines for radiant quests please.YOU GOT ANY WISHES ?Bethesda monitors these kinds of topics for sure especially the best of them all" BIG BOSS " Nexus's. They don't sit around looking at every single thing said by players. Who has the time to look at millions of posts every day? Definitely not the developers. You'll get the Fallout 5 they want to give you, not the other way around. Far too many voices to listen to and far too many opinions and differences. They can't please everybody and simply will not try to. Hell, I wouldn't. It's a business, after all. Time is money. --- So, while plenty of aspects annoy me with their games (and there are a fair few, most of which I really can't be arsed to get into as it would take forever and I neither have time nor patience), there are always mods to sort them out in most cases. As much as I want certain things to happen, I really don't care if they aren't implemented because of sites like Nexus and ModDB. Quite frankly, I'll just be glad if it's stable enough to be modded properly. Perhaps getting rid of the bloody awful engine and creating a better, more efficient up-to-date one instead of patching-up the same old crap they've been using for years that creates exactly the same issues across the board lol. NPC´s not made of cardboard and stereotypes? oh,and the ability to skip the boooooring intro.. everytime i start a new character it's "oooh,my gawd,it´s the bombs!!.." keypress something and let´s get moving..thanks.. other than that? In the long run a good review and a good "from person to person advertising. " is more important . So off coarse the read and listen but not everywhere and everything. Crafting buildings is not what I'm interest at after what happend in 2077 (but some do , you are not forced to built, but MF unrealistic mechanics or AI behavior and animations you are forced to look at and live with !) I like to do quests , blow s#*! up , make bullet holes , level up and choose perks and repeate. But this is a RPG shooter! And what they could do at least is make enemies have an alternative weapon by them like a pistol for far way intruders like us.It,s unreal behavior to chase after a person (with a stick, bat or knife) while blasting at you with an assault riffle or shotgun. Bethesda has more money than most developers the won't delay the game much. ( like the delayed "cyberpunk 2077". I bet my life on when (RPG) cyberpunk comes by CPR (witcher) ...we'll be chilling at it's forums for decades.) Never seen a city atmosphere like that in my 20 years of gaming.
