Semtex
no, this file is "without information", it look that only stores warning messagesmaybe is there a switch to make it "more talkative"... Niborino9409
I have those same erorrs I think but I have been ignoring them. Hasn't happened anything yet, but I will never trust the CK to 100%
Semtex
OMG ... The problem is not these and similar "empty" notesThe problem is that when a real problem occurs, warning messages are useless - CK falls and you do not know why.
Niborino9409
I think that's as good as it gets with the CK. Edited September 14, 2017 by Niborino9409
JackArbiter
Most CK crashes on Win10 are due to some audio bug. As you might imagine, having audio enabled for CK is useless. So: Open SkyrimEditor.ini and add bEnableAudio=0 to the [Audio] section (if it has bEnableAudio=1 already, set it to 0). There's also this mod: https://www.nexusmods.com/skyrim/mods/47635/? I haven't tried the mod. The audio fix solved my issues. Without it I was crashing every 5 minutes. BTW those specific warnings will probably go away if you clean your DLC files. Go to the S.T.E.P. site or just Google it to figure it out. The DLCs are worse than many mods here for crashing your game due to errors. If only they'd use TESVEdit, lol. Semtex
some misunderstanding may have occurred - my attachment does not contain any particular problem, it is only a demonstration of the file's lack of information
JackArbiter
some misunderstanding may have occurred - my attachment does not contain any particular problem, it is only a demonstration of the file's lack of information I understood you, I'm just saying those specific warning messages are a sign that you haven't cleaned the core files. I'm simply suggesting that you do that. Beyond that, no, there's no info in them pertaining to crashes. You gotta fire shots in the dark to fix the crashes. And most people fix the crashes with the audio fix I mentioned.
Niborino9409
The audio fix is pure gold. But why does it help to disable the sound? Edited September 15, 2017 by Niborino9409
Grospolina
It crashes because of some kind of incompatibility with Xaudio2.dll. Disabling audio prevents it from making any calls to it.This is another good one: [MESSAGES] bBlockMessageBoxes=1 It prevents all of those error popups at the beginning where you have to click "Yes to All" or "Cancel".Mine still crashes on exit though. The fix that I haven't tried yet is to disable the touch keyboard service.Edit: Apparently the touch keyboard fix is for SSE, not the CK.
