Starbound Registration? Don't know where..

I am very sorry for asking this on the forums because I am not sure if this is the right place to ask. The three steps of registration say to go on the forums and wait for a reply on your email but I couldn't see any forum topic with the name of something to do with registration. Could someone direct me to where I can register my account or register me now
