CBBE Working on normal clothes but not without clothes.

So this isn't really a problem I'm having so much as one my GF is having. She wanted to create a custom body because she's very specific about how she likes her characters. So she loaded it up and got it working mostly, only two problems. One her hands look like ghoul hands, two she has no custom body when she loads into just undies. It's really bugging her so I've been trying to go through almost every option to no avail. Anyone have any ideas why it wouldn't work? I can get her Load Order if needed but she's not using any other mod that would interrupt it. Ideas?

Good morning Recovery. Let's see if I can help. Are you installing the mod manually or using the NMM? What does the mod load order look like? Last but not least, go ahead and try to run the mod alone without any other mods and see if the issue is still present. If so, then this will eliminate mod conflicts as a possible cause.

Hi all, I'm the one having the problem with CBBE, my lovely boyfriend linked me the thread so I can better explain the problem I'm having.

I downloaded CBBE with the mod manager. I selected the body type and DLC outfit options that applied to me, left the underwear option unchecked, and did not choose to intall any of the morph files. I edited the body type in BodySlide, as instructed, saved the custom preset, and clicked the batch build and build options. I got the popup message telling me that the female body file has been saved. However, when I load into the game, the custom body only works when wearing clothes that cover the body, as Recovery has stated above. Outfits like the vault jumpsuit and fatigues show a very obvious custom body type beneath them, as the boobs and butt are much shapelier. But outfits that show any skin such as the Gunner harness show the messed up skin textures, and my character does have ghoul hands. Removing clothing doesn't show a custom nude body, but rather the default vanilla body type. No texture change either.

I went ahead and took a screenshot of my load order. For reference, I've already tried disabling every other plugin aside from the essential ones and loading in with only CBBE active with the same results. Here's my plugin list (I have a lot of mods so the screenshot was taken in descending order from top to bottom, left to right).

'Unique Player'. There's your problem. You have to manually install the CBBE files, then CTRL+Click the Build button in BodySlide to select the folder to install your custom mesh to.

This was covered by the CBBE FAQ. =/
