I need help ASAP-FNIS ERROR 5

Hi there, I guess it has been over 10 hours now that I've been searching for a solution... I was wandering through skyrim and I decided to hang out with command bar a little, ended up with modding, well "try to mod" ing.

I had a little experience of mods with WoT Blitz through steam so I'm guessing same thing happens as well, such as taking the data file to the core folder or seperated files to data folder which is in the core folder, but as far as I can see, there are 4 main programs (is FNIS a mod?) needed primarily, FNIS, MO or NMM, SKYUI and SKSE, I don't know if SKYUI is necesseray for all but the thing is nothing related to these programs. Problem is that I tried to use FNIS through manually, via MO and NMM nothing worked to solve the problem you see in the attachment which is the exact translation for this error http://steamcommunity.com/app/72850/discussions/0/355043117504190455/

no one has answered to it yet again, I'm just tired of it fellas, were trying to add some new things to the game but it really is far harder than Command and Conquer Generals modding...

I tried to run it as administrator, I also gave every single permission available to FNIS and log.txt files, still nothing solid happened, but after I Opened FNIS for users via administrator privilages, this happened:

I don't even know what I had done at the first place but I ask you gently if there's a fatal problem I'll just destroy everything that belongs to skyrim and her people, and download it again, it's also patched to 13th update. Any idea will be appreciated.

windows 10 has a habit of setting permissions on stuff in program files, so i'd highly recommend installing both steam and mod organizer somewhere else.

installing and running fnis through mo is correct, but you'll want to run the one in the virtual data folder, in the right pane of mo under the "data" tab. any files it generates will go to overwrite.
