I was wondering if there might be any possible problems? So far the game is running fine but I have less than an hour playtime. There is one thing that doesn't seem right though, my destruction skill feels like it's leveling 10x slower than everything else, suggestions?

Your load order is correct indeed, and you are correct in your assumption OOO is interfering in your leveling too. This is a highly customizable feature of it (and somewhat complex to explain here since the possibilities are multiples and you will be the better one to decides what you prefer, read carefully the section of leveling in OOO documentation, most of time you will need nothing more the defaults ones, but if you are a power user you can tweak even the low level aspects of it).

 

by your mod list I can suggest you using Intelligence Overhaul too since in vanilla intelligence is an attribute sub rated in relation with its importance to us, humans. Think if is not common sense intelligent ones shall learn things faster and easily.

 

This shall be enough for now, but if you decides leveling could be yet more a natural consequence of the experience gained and less a preoccupation of the PC (or the player too) himself you can give a try to KAS-AF mod (OOO integrate very well with both).

 

Edit: maybe you is even using Intelligence Overhaul already as it is now a optional module of OOO itself.
