[LE] Help with Header information on Tes5edit.

Recommended Posts

I made a house mod and my load order is Skyrim.esm, Update.esm, Dawnguard.esm, HearthFires.esm, Dragonborn.esm then file name.

The header however states something different. It states:

Skyrim

Updates

Dragonborn

Hearthfires

dawnguard

Why does it do this? Do I have to change it?How do I change the header.

It because CK loads Mods & Master according to their Time Stamps, not their load order, so when you save the master index in the Header is in that order. First need to do start LOOT and sort your mods into the correct order( Just in case, I known your order perfect ) Once it's sorted & applied, left click the top right in LOOT (the three vertical dots) a menu should open. For now all you need is > Redate Plugins < play with rest later. Redate them ignoring all warning. Close LOOT.

Ok now on to xEdit load your Mod & wait for the clear sign. Right click ModName.esp & another menu should appear. Scroll down to > Sort Master <. Apply it. A word of advise, when you use any of the three Master options in xEdit. Immediately save your esp, don't do any thing else.

Fix. And everything is Time Stamped in the correct order for future use.

Take note in XEdit when Right Click Mod Name, the Header, or simply a Record, different menu options appear.

Cheeers.
