Just Joined And Now Need Help, Apparently

So, i just had joined The Nexus due to modding my game. That game happens to be Skyrim, and i feel as if it's time to shake things up with a few mods and what not. Yet due to the lack of experience in Modding, I do not quite know where to begin and or how to mod this game, at all. (The mod i wish to download for Skyrim is currently EFF, Extensible Follower Framework.) Any advice from anyone would truly be appreciated, due to google not always having the utter most helpful answers, Thank you.

Start doing some research by reading the previous posts before you start. This will eliminate a lot of problems before they start.
