A poor performance

So I recently started to get back into Fallout and I have always loved putting mods in it. Before (as in a year ago) I had no issues and rarely would crash all while running just fine. I am still using the same computer as before and now the performance seems to have gotten sluggish. There is next to no draw distance except for what is in front of me. I get shot at by things I can't see until I'm right up on the marker and the over all game jerks and moves slow and the frame rate goes to hell sometimes. I also have that problem where the game will crash just out of the blue randomly. That is expected sometimes but it is a lot more frequent and I can get about 10 minutes in before it crashes to desktop.

Here is what i'm running.

Windows 7

Processor: Intel ® Core i5 cpu m540 @ 2.53 GHz

RAM: 4 gigs

32 bit OS

Graphics Card Nvidia NVS 3100M

You're not supposed to have all of these active. Only activate 1.

Furthermore, FWE and MMM don't go together very well. Same goes for FWE and EVE.

You'll need FOIP to remedy that. Once you've downloaded the correct FOIP patches, read the readme to see which MMM plugins can be safely removed.

Once you've done all that, make a (new) merged patch.

First you have to get your load order corrected. All .esm must load before .esp. You have to move Weight.esp down. I would suggest that you get BOSS to place your load order correctly.

Also, have you limited your cpu to use only two cores? You also have a conflict with your restore tracers and wasteland travelers, crowded cities. You should only be using one restore tracers and one crowded cities, not both. The Galaxy News has been updated to GNR more where that came from. You might want to get that one. I believe there is a compatibility patch for FWE+MMM and FWE+EVE. You might want to check for them.

You will always have a problem using a graphics chip. Fallout 3 requires a PC with a good graphics card.
