[REQ] Quality of Life Issues

There are a few things in Skyrim right now annoying me. I have searched and searched to no avail. I am sorry if any of these already have mods or game settings but I just couldn't find them.

So, if they don't exist and someone could create them, I would be ecstatic.

In order of priority (most to least annoying):

1: Low Health/Magika/Stamina warnings. [Resolved: problem on my end.]

2. Chatty NPCs: [Resolved: directed to existing mod.]

3. Stiff Neck: In Oblivion you'd turn your head to look at your cross-hair target. I'd love to see that implemented here. [still would love this but not super necessary.]

4. Mouse Freedom for windowed mode, so I can move the cursor freely out when I am, say, in the inventory or some other place that actually has a cursor. [Priority.]

So yes. Hopefully someone could make one or more of these, or point me to a mod that already exists or another method of fixing them. Thanks!

And what do you exactly mean with the low health/stamina/mana warnings? I never get those.

Like, when your heath gets low and it pops up a little window saying "Your health is low, you should drink a potion" or whatever. Does it for HP/MP/Stamina, and it pauses the game until you close it. Very very annoying. I looked all through the options and I couldn't find a way to turn it off. :(

They should show up only the first time. After that, you will never see them again...

Isn't it so ?
