LE Mod request to be able to kill Falion

Now before you start telling me to "use console command" I need to say I've tried that.

I've googled everywhere and either I'm alone with this sort of issue or there is someone else in the sea of "cure vampirism" topics that floods my google search despite trying to specify my search.

 

So, down to my problem.

 

I'm role playing a vampire, and as such I heard a rumor at the bar that someone is curing my kin of what they call a disease and that he lives in Morthal.

As I heard that I thought that this guy needs to die to stop him from reducing the amount of vampires in the world (again RP and I knew I had to use a console command from the start, quest NPC and all).

 

I went to his house and typed in the console command, ready to kill him and his daughter in cold blood.

The daughter went down and I turned for Falion .. But what is this, he is still unkillable?

 

I checked my console and I had typed it in right "Setessential 000135E9 0" but he was still limping around and would not die.

 

I tried again and again, the console gives no error messages, so I tried on some other random quest givers, and sure enough I could kill them all, but Falion not so much.

I then tried a new character, same issue, so I disabled all my mods and tried again, but in vain, he is unkillable even with console commands, he is more powerful then the game itself :/

 

 

 

TL;DR

Falion is unkillable even with console command "Setessential 000135E9 0"

I've tried to fix it myself by starting a new game, same issue, and disable all mods I use and start a new game, still same issue.

I've tried the console command on other quest NPC's in the world and I can make them all killable except Falion

 

So down to my request.

 

I hope you've figured it out, I want that guy dead, I want the satisfaction of see him die and end his rain of terror against my brothers and sisters.

Since I can't solve this myself with console commands nor do I have any experience with modding I turn to anyone here to help me out and let me be able to end Falions life.

This is very weird...I made a mod in CK that essentially made him a quite regular NPC..and still unkillable.

have you tried installing the Unofficial Skyrim Patch from steam workshop? they might have made a fix for it but cant be certain.

BAH! Checked the list of fixes but nothing 'bout Falion. But well, Thanks anyway.

 

Help will be appreciated anyways.

Know this thread is old but what the hell. I'm trying to figure out the same thing. Role Playing Vampire. Seeks Falion's death for defiling Lord Molag Bal's blessing upon mortal kind. Not only should Falion die, but so also should those vampires who rebuke and betray our Lord. The only other thing I can think of is to modify the skyrim.ini file entry that allows essentials to be killed.

You may also want to use the console to disable his corpse or he might come back, especially if you set the ini value back to 1 after you're done. Killed that annoying asshat, Rolff Stone-Fist the same way and weeks later I saw him outside Candlehearth Hall again. Though this won't complete the quest and it will stay stuck in your journal forever (which it would anyway unless you got cured - which is something the developers expect everyone to do since no one wants to be a vampire, right? :P) Oh, and I intend to make Agni (that girl in his house) a vampire (which I can do with the mods I have installed) as the icing on the cake.

If you use mods like Heart Breaker, you can kill essential npc (with a special killmove)
