TheVampireDante
The existing Bruma page mentions that they will have the SSE version up once they've done with the major bugfixes for the mod. Not sure of Enderal though.
WastelandAssassin
technically , I've heard that you can install Enderal on SSE , but I'm not sure how well it worksan official version for SSE has not been released , and I guess it won't be released until the full version is done (as they still seem to add new content)also , It may require SKSE64 , and adapting to it , so it might take a long while to have that if you want , I remember Gopher (on Youtube) mentioning some way to install Enderal for SSE , if you really wish to try it

Arthmoor
Enderal would need to be properly ported like anything else in order to avoid form version issues that cause random errors and CTDs. It would be a pretty bad idea to try and run it in SSE without that being done.
Erstam
Enderal requires SKSE, and there's no way around it. The character stats menu is part of a modified SkyUI, which in turn depends on SKSE. There's more, like the text input boxes for the passwords in Castle Dal'Galar, and probably many things I'm not aware of.
