fullex2064
Hey guys i have the windows build 16299.15 and getting 16256 memory size with the test. Though when i hit about 4100+ memory on afterburner testing everything i get a crash to desktop. Anyone hitting over 4k memory could you post your enb local so i can see if i am missing a setting. Any advice would be helpful. Specsi7 7700k107016gb ram Do you have crash fixes skse plugin installed with âuse OS allocators Set To 1â in the ini? If not, that might help. I havenât crashed once since setting that up and also using the custom memory block settings in that same plugin ini. Iâve also set my total vram size to 10240 since installing 1709, which is available right now if you update slow on the windows insider program. I just updated and then signed out of the program to avoid receiving another insider update that might throw things out of whack.

I had my Reserved memory and defaultheapinitialallocmb set to high in settings. I thought i would need them higher then i had them last time i modded so i just set them to max but after lower them to 768 and 512 everything seems great so far. This is a bit off subject but since your VRAM detected came in at 16K, could you set the enblocal.ini VRAM size to 16K as well?

BlueGunk
At long last - update now coming in. Has anyone any tech experience of using Mod Organizer, and setting ENB settings with the new Update, please? I can see some confusing advice above so it would be nice to get off on the right foot.Thank you! PS - grief that was a nightmare. Microsoft tried to install an AMDchipset cumulative update that blew up my AVG antivirus, giving me the blue-screen loop of death. I use Intel F.F.S. All sorted now and I have my extra memory! Yay!
Kazuya482
Wow is all I have to say about this update. Stuttering is essentially gone, MUCH smoother draw calling, more stable FPS, slightly improved load times. Overall a very nice boost to performance and stability. We may have to post on the ENB web site or something.
Merscil
Guys I was looking forward to the Fall Creator's Update coming out the 17th of october, because I knew of the memory fix, but after not receiving a prompt from Microsoft, I found out I'm not even running the Creator's Update yet! (version 1703).It says I'm still running version 1607, which is strange, because that would mean I didn't receive any updates yet, and I swear I have received at least one where I was asked to reconfirm my privacy settings. This was around the time of the Creator's Update too (last spring). Now at the Microsoft site it said that older machines get the rollouts later but my pc was bought at the end of August 2016, so at the time of the Creator's Update it was still a fairly new machine. It's running the Pro version of Windows 10 though if that has anything to with it. Now I don't know if anything went wrong with the previous update or if it's safe for me to force the update? BlueGunk
I got the Fall Update sorted but oh my is it BUGGY. I frequently have to restart Windows Explorer to get the Start Menu to work. The Windows Store was broken, and sometimes the whole PC goes into a "go slow". Install it at your peril - lots of things need sorting. Good news is I got the DX9 memory without any problems. I set my ENB at the max recommended by Boris and left all my other settings the same. The 32bit game worked as usual: three attempts to load it (finally starting with Save 3 and jumping forward to the current one), and then after a few successful saves, crash on save. And SOUND. I now have a big issue with poor, muffled sound on my Skyrim 32. No problems with Mod Organiser or anything else. Has anyone else experienced Sound issues? It's like my entire game sound is just turned right down. Maybe I'll go back to SE again...
BlueGunk
Drat - this was supposed to be a Quote Reply to Merscil. ! Just go to Windows and get it. I had no problems bringing it down and installing it, apart from my AVG blue-screen merry-go-round. I had to use Safe Mode to reinstall AVG.Don't forget to create a Restore Point before starting the Update!
