Game crash upon receiving silver shroud costume or any legendary items

I discovered this problem while beginning the silver shroud quest, upon picking up the grognak costume my game crashed, then when I was given the shroud costume it also crashed. So I put two and two together and I believe it's legendary items too that will make my game crash, like when you pick up the item for the first time and inspects the item it crashes immediately. So, I'm not sure how to fix this problem, I've read online about changing my load order or going through them, making sure there are no conflicts with the mods. It seems like I don't really have any mods that conflict with legendary items. The only mod that I have that may even conflict with items is the CBBE mod but I don't think that's it, and I hope I don't have to restart my game or go to and earlier save. Here is my load order too by the way:

Here are links to it just in case you can't see those

Unofficial Fallout Patch is showing red.

this means you are missing a master for it.

I don't know if that is linked to your problem but I would guess you have the Main file which requires ALL 6 official DLC ather than the Old version for Vanilla Fallout 4 with no DLC (don't worry about it being no longer supported, that's because the vanilla game is not being updated or patched by Bethesda and so the patch doesn't need updating past this point)

I am actually surprised the game loaded with missing masters. that should cause a CTD loading the save

So I just saw this and I have no idea how to clean a mod. Could this have anything to do with my problem?

UPDATE:

I cleaned my mods, and it's still happening, anyone have an idea as to whats wrong with my game?

crash on inspection is usually to do with Armor and Weapon Keywords Community Resource or Armor Smith Extended

which means one of your mods might of replaced Armor Keywords.esp or Armorsmith.esm with an older version, namely a mod that edits legendary items in 1 way or another. and judging from that f04edit report, that looks exactly what has happened, since armor smith usually only has 1 itm not 5. so basically 1 of your mods has replaced armorsmith or armor keywords with an older version.

so look for any mod that requires it, and that should be your culprit for the ctd

or alternatively reinstall Armor and Weapon Keywords Community Resource And Armor Smith Extended Overwriting any file nexus asks with these new reinstalls

and that should fix your problem i forget which one, pretty sure its armor smith though. but just reinstall both to be on the safe side.

Edit: basically your armor and weapons keywords community resource has been replaced with an older version since their is no itm s in the new version.

also you dont need to clean these files, as they for me at least have never caused issues, only when a mod replaces them with older versions, which some mods do have older version of the these files in their download. these 2 files are prioirtiy and should always replace other files that have their files as part of the other mods download if that makes sense.

Use process of elimination. Disable EVERY mod and see if it crashes. If it doesn't, enable them 10 at a time until it DOES crash. Then you know which 10 caused the crash and you can narrow it down from there by disabling 5 of the 10, then 3, 1, etc.
