Why do they charge me if I already cancel my membership?

I have a bill for 2.99 but I canceled my membership

I canceled it a month ago and they still charged me

For future clarification, all recurring payments are subscriptions in Pay Pal. The only way to cancel them is by cancelling your subscription from within Pay Pal itself. You can find more details about this on our Wiki, which is linked to next to your recurring membership information in your profile.
