You should go back to the FWE description page and scroll down the page. There is s sample load order there.

 

Go to Blackened http://www.nexusmods.com/fallout3/mods/18173/? and download and install the compatibility patches you need.

 

READ the instruction and follow them,TO THE LETTER.

 

Get Paradox Ignition merged files. http://www.nexusmods.com/fallout3/mods/16787/? Again, you must read and follow the instructions.

 

Uninstall any unused .esp.

 

Chose which restore tracers plugin you want to use, you can't use both.

 

Chose which project beauty plugin you want to use, not both.

If you want your game to run, never use LOOT to sort your plugins.

Remove the sprint mod.FWE includes it.Also consider dropping Fallout 4 ranks as there is a slight conflict with it and MMM.
