sorry, I did not get it, is perfectly possible to run modded game in hardcore mode... unless some mod crashes the game in that specific mode, not the other way around.

So, to be able to help we need to know what is going on in your load list AND load order to start with.

Besides, using FOMM or NMM does not affect the mods at all, there is no difference between using them and installing by hand under the "game's perspective"... only the user gains ease ways to deactivate and otherwise managing the mods "installation/uninstallation". To understand what I mean, imagine the mods appearing at the "Mods" tab in NMM don't and can't affect the game, they are just lying there as container for the "actual" files to be put into the /data structure and NMM/FOMM will do it correctly and flawless provided the mod itself was correctly packed and/or has correct scripts to allow choices/options where they may be need. The same is valid for packs and files management in FOMM.

Actually I meant you "should" use FOMM to manage the mods :) not putting them into correct load order is among the most common causes of issues.

Get the mod called BOSS too, it will try and create the best known load order for your mods automatically.

PS: Trying to be clearer, neither NMM nor FOMM affect the game itself, their function is only install/uninstall and otherwise manage your mods. The game never is aware of them. Mods installed by them are just like any mod you unpack and place the files and/or folders directly inside the /Data. Just they never do it wrongly, supposing the mod is correctly packed.

Besides, they keep track of all files installed for those mods, making much easier to uninstall them if the need arises.
