M48A5
Go to the lower left corner of your screen, where the windows button is, left click on the button. Where is says "Start Search", type in Bethesda Softworks. Look to the top of the box where it says "Programs".Read the list of results. Left click on the one you want. BlackRampage
Which mod are you trying to install? And have you tried opening the downloaded mod's folders? It usually contains a readme with some installation instructions.

BlackRampage
Also, 1 more question when i download some mods it says "WIndows cannot open file" or some like that i don't get a file or anything just a document i can't seem to open you know how to fix this? It's the Nevada skies that i can't seem to openWhat kind of a file is it? In other words: What's the extension at the end of the file's name? Most mods are compressed and therefore require a program like 7-zip or Winrar to open. If that doesn't help, try asking in the comments section of the Nevada Skies mod or, even better, the New Vegas Mod Troubleshooting section.
