An .ini file will be generated with the title Fallout.ini. That is the file you need to change.

JasonCantrall
I made a change in the FALLOUT.INI file. I changed bUseThreadedAI=0 to bUseThreadedAI=1. I was able to select New and it froze shortly after. While trying to load a new game. I did not find anything similar to iNumHWThreads=2 to make a change to. Do I need to add it somewhere? Your .ini needs to look like this: bUseThreadedAI=1 iNumHWThreads=
