Horse Perspective Bug - Fixed?

Alright. So i admittedly have been neglecting posting this and i really should have a while ago when i encountered this bug. I ran into a thread started by another user by the name of Eferas. And in the thread, it basically confirms my suspicions. I did a lot of testing to reproduce the effects of this bug. I couldn't figure out what caused it, and unless someone can correct me here, i'm 100% positive it's caused by using the third word of the Bend Will shout to ride dragons. If i remember correctly when trying to reproduce the bug, mounting the dragon isn't necessary. Just using the third word of the shout is enough.

The end result is the camera doing all sorts of crazy stuff. Getting stuck in one position. Mounting your horse and getting stuck on the horse permanently. If i sound like a total jackass and there's since been a fix, that's awesome. :laugh: But like i said, i haven't been following this and have no idea if a fix has been put into place. If i had to rank the severity of this bug, i'd definitely put it in the "gamebreaker" category. I tried extensively to fix it back when i faced the problem, but i just simply ended up not using the Bend Will shout. If there's more to be added to the Unofficial Skyrim Patch, this unarguably has to be one of those things.

This is a game breaking bug, and using the Bend Will shout messes things up big-time. The camera, more specifically. I basically haven't used Bend Will since discovering this bug.

why you ride dragon in first place,

why you shout when dragon riding?,

if you know that thing make uncomfortable, why do you do it again?

i suggest somebody make mod to disable shouting when dragon riding,
