Will uninstalling too mods for NV damage your saves?

So I recently started PC gaming and obviously to get the best initial feel of mods I started with one of my favorite games NV. It's just I installed a few mods (like five) that I now don't feel like continue playing with. I only got to Primm. The said mods were the Classic Weapons Packs, all the gauss weapons by DaiShi, NCR rearmament, and the M1903A3 by Trentosaurus (doesn't work properly). My question is will my saves be fine after deleting all these?

NV is very forgiving of removing mods mid game, more so than the later games, weapon mods can generally be removed with any issue. The only one I would be concerned about is the rearmament one if it adds things to NPCs, what I would do is make a named save, go to an interior cell (the Goodspings pub is good), save the game, exit, disable the mods, reload the game and wait 4 in games days, that tends to reset a lot of things, then you should be good to go.

I actually removed the rearmament mod from the NMM and the soldiers at Primm immediately had their original armor.

OTOH, if this is your first foray into modding on the PC, you might want to read the wiki "FNV General Mod Use Advice" article and consider starting over. As stated, weapon mods are easily uninstalled. Some other mods are less so, and use of the "built-in auto-save" feature with fast-travel is actively discouraged. There are many little "gotcha's" like that covered in that article you want to be aware of before you start playing in earnest.

Well the biggest mods I uninstalled where the NCR rearmament and the classic weapons pack. Things returned to how they were before when I loaded my last save.
