This has successfully worked for me, the spot where you first meet Desdemona with the two shelf areas outside the Railroad door, just stand there until Curie lights up. Once she's finished smoking, she stops smoking permanently.

I think it is quite cool and ironic to see her smoking. I've created drug dens at a couple of my settlements and when Curie is snorting Jet and Preston is injecting Psycho it simply never gets old.

That's nothing. I used the school desk mod and made Cate the teacher. She thinks nothing of shooting up in front of the class. :laugh:
