FO3 - Game crashes upon opening containers

Hello, I just finished installing a bunch of mod for Fallout 3, using NMM and a few manual installs. I started a new game and after Amata gave me the 10mm I went and opened the dresser in the bedroom, and the game immediately crashed. I restarted the game and the same thing happened again. Help would be appreciated.
Here's my load order:

You need to change the location of BrokenSteel. It should load after ThePitt.

 

I don't think you understand how to use the Blackened patch. Please go back to the description page and read the entire page. Make sure you read and understand the Paradox Ignition instructions.

 

The Fellout plugins are not in the correct order. They should be in the same order as the base game DLCs.

 

FWE-Alternate Travel should be the last master file/first .esp.

 

I don't use Imaginator, but if it isn't an .esp that is flagged as an .esm, it is in the wrong location.

 

If the game is installed in the default location (Program Files) you will continue to have problems. It should be moved to a location outside of Program Files.

 

Did you install a all of your mods at once and hope that the game would run? Or did you install them one at a time, checking in the game to see that everything was working correctly?

 

What other files are you using that do not show in your load order?
