Game stopping glitch

Howdy,

I've been having this odd glitch from time to time, and the only way I've been able to deal with it is having to reload older saves, causing me to lose progress repeatedly. What happens is the following: My character puts their weapons away and the screen slowly fades to black, and then flashes back to being normal.(almost seems like the animation that would be used when going into a cutscene?) After this I am unable to move my character or interact with anything, including NPCs. It also appears to be on a weird timer, as it happens regardless of what I do, even loading myself into new areas with console commands has no effect. If I enable noclip I'll be able to move, but only vertically. Disabling all my mods seems to stop it, so that makes me fairly certain it's an issue with one of them.
Any help would be much appreciated.

What you have is a load list, not a load order.

The DLCs are not sorted properly, nor are the plugins for WMK.

I don't use the plasma rifle redesign, but l don't think you should be using all the plugins you have.

Ah, my bad.

I'm still pretty new to messing with this stuff, so I'm pretty oblivious.

Honestly didn't know the order of those things mattered, nor do I know where to find my load order...

Guess I'm boned, lmao.

Thank you though for the reply. =D

The Nexus Wiki would be a big help to you. http://wiki.nexusmods.com/index.php/Main_Page

Before you start modding you need to know how to navigate through your computer and find where things are located. Where did you obtain the list you provided?

Hopefully it will.

Oddly enough, I got it from the "Export the current load order" button in my Nexus Mod Manager.

Yes there's a bug in that mod, it's mentioned in the comments on the mod page. Something to do with a script trying to fire. I don't know what causes it (possibly something to do with Yearling) but I've successfully played with the mod lots of times, so it doesn't always happen.
