WyvernADR
Hei guys I fixed this matter and it's explained in Compatibility issues topic. Just disable Anti aliasing in launch menu under the Options and the game it's done. You can enable with no consequence the AA through CCC but don't enable it through the Skyrim Menu Launch. Best Regards.

UgTheViking
I just got my first AMD card last month so this is still all new to me as well. I got the "pixel bug" when my AMD card did the automatic update to 12:3 on Friday. I'm glad this forum was here because I didn't have a clue what happened. Thought maybe my card was going to squat. Anyway, as someone else suggested here, turning off AA in the game options worked for me. (So far. Only ran it 5 mins or so) So,what next? Will it be fixed when AMD does another update? Thanks. AgapeStefan
I disabled the AA in game and left 8x in CCC it works just fine. I am running the 12.3 driver. Thanks for the tip.

ProjectVRD
We really need a mod to post that fix as a sticky on these forums, how do we get their attention though? They are very quick to issue out strikes but getting them to take note of fixes is quite difficult because I haven't a clue of who the mods are. Well, apart from one. Haemonculus
I think I have fixed it for myself. Activating FXAA (advanced tab) while deactivating standard AA did the trick. Since (to my understanding) having both enabled is redundant (both do the same thing) anyway, I am happy for now. Still, releasing a driver like this should not happen. JimboUK
http://support.amd.com/us/kbarticles/Pages/AMDCatalystSoftwareSuiteVersion122ReleaseNotes.aspx (see Windows 7 known issues) I'll stick with 12.1 for now, if it's not broke don't fix it. GreatOdinsRaven
thank god - this was driving me crazy too - thought it might have had something to do with the new enb mods i dl. i would get the pixelation and artifacting when summoning my storm atronoch - reverted back to 12.1 for now whats the proper way to revert back to older drivers btw for amd nowadays. i remember it being a pain in the ass back in the day - had to use 3rd part apps etc. can i just uninstall 12.3, restart then install 12.1 ?
