Trapped Inside Kellogg's DC House - CTD

I'm currently running 212 mods/168 Plugins and have not had any issues for a little over 7 hours of gameplay but a few random CTDs, specifically around Sanctuary & Concord; I had to remove Beantown Interiors Project mod; no more CTDs around that area.

Now I'm stuck trying to progress in the main quest by entering/exiting Kellogg's DC house , because every time I try to leave the house, my game CTD. I had the Diamond City Expansion mod put in before I went in, but it made the textures weird and everything kept on disappearing, no matter the load order, so I uninstalled immediately going into DC. I don't see remnants of that expansion in my folders, so I'm wondering if someone can help me to determine which mod is acting up.

I've used LOOT to manage my load order and I've used FO4Edit to clean, resulting in 0 warnings/errors/conflicts shown in LOOT.

 

Update: I created a save inside the house, reloaded the game, ran to the door, and this time it doesn't CTD and I am able to leave. So maybe a mod breaks when I enter and and try to leave in one session?

Papyrus logs are the same when I CTD, when I got out of Kellogg's house, and anytime I play without any issues, so I won't bother to post.

been having this issue aswell. Out of nowhere i might add. been playing 20+ hours no crashing and doing the quests no problem (on different characters) but all of a sudden my current character keeps getting CTD's upon leaving kellogs house.
