rockygohard18 Posted October 8, 2017 Share Posted October 8, 2017 Hello, I'm having an issue with NPCs moving hyper-fast. the issue is coming from amazing cripple effects JIP, which I removed and began using the regular one. iXenite Posted October 8, 2017 Share Posted October 8, 2017 That sounds to me more like you uncapped your framerate. As far as I can tell, the mod you named makes NPC's slower after you shoot them - so I'm not really sure how it speeds them up - unless it wants to make it harder to shoot them. Please see 'Issue: NPCs and Creatures are moving at "hyper-speed" ' entry under the 'Solutions to Performance problems' section in the wiki "Fallout NV Mod Conflict Troubleshooting" guide.
