please teach me to make a simple quest

i like to make compilation of quests,

 

the quest i like to make is like this :

 

-check if "Returning the Favor" (MinRecruit03) has trigger

-if it has triggered, quest is complete

-if else put new quest "talk to 'Blake Abernathy' to trigger the quest" (misc quest),

and add the pointer on 'Blake Abernathy' head

 

i have creation kit, but i dont know how to use it

 

text tutorial in "reply" is fine, i will not reject it,

but if it video tutorial , i will very happy

thanks SKK50, i like make some kind mod like "skycomplete" but instead cecklist, ilke make it quest(s),

i dont know i can make it or not, but if i know 1 example quest it will be easy to make other quest
