Tears of the Fiend Help

So, I've been playing this new mod but I seem to be stuck.

 

On the quest where you have to go inside the excavation site, there seems to be a black gap where, I'm assuming, the door goes. I don't know how to fix it, I've ran it without any other mods, changed the load order.

 

I was just wondering if someone had experienced the same problem as me, or if they could help.

Be more specific where that gap is, for in the normal game you need to 'open' the way by mean of having certain tool in the inventory and stand for a time near the wall to try excavating a passageway.
