I want to make a rectangle formed cut in my worldspace:

If I could do this, I would able to use my custom model which has got underground part. So that part currently cannot be reached because of that landscape part. Is there any solutions for this ? (I don't want to make teleports).

Could you just drag down the area in the box deep enough and wide enough to contain your underground level? It would work better if the ground level part of the building was larger than the basement otherwise there would be gaps between the building and the edge of the hole that would need to be covered up.

The underground part takes more area than the surface part, so I can't just drag down the landscape there. Maybe are there an invisible texture which disable the ground collision ? or I don't know... but it would be very great if somebody know a solution.

You could drag the landscape down and then cover up the top with caps. I don't really know what they're called (sand piles, maybe?), but I was messing around in Blackreach and noticed that while a lot of the walkways were down with landscape pillars intended to go all the way down, some were just 'caps', that's basically just the surface part.

I don't know if they exist for the regular outdoor, since I've only really messed with the landscape in Blackreach, but it doesn't seem unlikely. You could also look for rock piles and other landscape stuff to cover the hole you make.
