Bak files loads very slowly causing ingame bugs and crashes, How do I fix it?

The 1 year later's animation after the bak movie is finished "Dad" is just standing then started doing the taunt where I have to follow him.

 

Then after the 9 year intro, everyone claps and suprises then claps again to greet me a happy birthday and I think everything is okay there

 

After 6 years I saw few white lights then "Dad" puts a eye scope on me then it flashes back to the 6 years later after that I saw derpy asian dad eyes and I seem to cannot fix it and so I just go to the goat and finished it then after I end the goat and leave to the 3 weeks later, It crashed and went back were it all began after I reopen it.

 

 

Can anyone help me edit the timescale of the bak files (NOT set timescale to #) to run first then the game animation intro will run and let me get out of the vault and start the game.

I can just delete the bak files and start the game without it but its lame and I really need them.

No one is helping on how do I make the bak files load faster. I guess everyone moved to fallout 4, Was I outdated and should I buy the 45$ cd from a gaming store with Overwatch and destiny 2... destiny kinda blows and Call of duty world war II is like the american dad parody dunno what's wrong with my taste but I think its disgusting, please help me.

I really want to play Fallout 3 GOTY but I think it crashed even with reinstalling and making me upset and want to reset my pc, Guess I'll just upgrade my PC with a budget of 350$ - 500$ with the cd in it. :(

You mean the .bik files , which are bink video ? But I don't think getting rid of those will help , its the animation sequences after those short video's play saying how much time later.

 

Some people have problems with the intro vault compared to the rest of the game.

But were you saying you got past the GOAT ... then you wake up in your room , and Amata comes in telling you to leave , or you are saying you crash just before she starts her dialogue with you ?

 

Because at that point , you could just grab the stuff in your room , then use the console to teleport yourself to the end of the vault , where you will get to re pick all your character stuff.

But if you are crashing right after waking up from the goat test ... try the teleport at the GOAT scene , before after it ... don't think it matters , cuz you will be picking your tag skills at the vault exit anyways. And at that point I think you are considered an adult , therefore not limited by being a child.

 

To do that , bring up the console by hitting the " ~ " key then type this in.

 

Player.moveto 0003D9C3

 

And if you need to give yourself a few caps since you missed stuff in the vault , type this in.

 

Player.AddItem 000000F 100 ( for example on the amount of caps ... this would give you 100 caps )

And just high tail it over to megaton where you can buy some gear.

 

Add edit : figured out had to use the number letter ID instead of the typed in Ref-ID ... so is changed above. And tested to work.

You can do it in your dads office right after the dialogue of him telling you to go to goat ... just make sure you grab the medicine bobble head on his desk right there , which is really the only important piece you don't want to miss in there.

Well looks like teleporting before the goat , for some reason it won't do a character reset save spot at vault exit.

So you could atleast get your tag skills set from the goat then leave vault from there.

However it doesn't start the main quest , but I'll bet you could get it to start and pick up from going to smith casey's garage.

Looks like could make an interesting playthrough from leaving after the goat test. I'm gona give it a shot myself.

 

But if you can get the game to advance to Amata's dialogue after you wake up from the goat ... then just teleport from your room , and I'm pretty sure everything should work as normal from there.
