maxman885
So for some reason, my fps randomly locks at 30 and i have to manually trigger it going back to 60, such as going into the enb menu and pressing load preset and sometimes opening the inventory works. I have vsync on in the nvidia control panel, any ideas on how i would fix this?

Deleted3082751User
check enblocal.ini, look for Framerate Limiter - see if that is on, and also what fps it is locked to, some enb lock it to 30, simply change to 60 or disable it by changing to true to false also you do not need nvidia vsync, as skyrim has its own vsync, 2 vsync methods will only make the input lag worse, i would personally disable both, and enable a frame rate limiter, this will completely eliminate input lag, resulting in a far more resposinve and smooth gameplay experience, just make sure to limit fps to 60 as not cause issues with the havoc system with fps exceeding 60 Edited October 31, 2017 by Guest
Moonfeldt
Disable the vsync or gsync options u have enabled in the nvidia control panel. also disable vsync in your skyrimprefs.ini and let the enb handle vsync.
