Raider5
did you happen to adjust the graphics quality. did you turn off anti-aliasing and antisotropic? disable vsync. go onto steam and verify files. (make copies of your INI files first) oh and one more thing to try, change your audio settings to 16 bit 44000hz

Grospolina
Here are my usual recommendations:Make sure you have the SKSE Memory Patch set up.Install Crash Fixes and be sure to read the description.Install Bug Fixes. Not absolutely required, but it has some nice fixes that aren't covered by USLEEP.Install Load Game CTD Fix. It fixes a thread race condition when loading save games.ENBoost - This gives you the memory management features of ENB without the visual effects processing. Not needed if you run an ENB.You got USLEEP already right? Also, what are you system specs?

Grospolina
Can you post a screenshot of the left pane? The plugins list doesn't show things like texture mods and memory fixes. That's a laptop right? Are you using integrated graphics, or is there a dedicated video card?
Raider5
I've heard SSE has a problem with touch support, but oldrim shouldn't but try disabling it just to see.
dewdropcat
I managed to fix the issue by reinstalling the game. Hope this helps anyone in the future.
