Error-less CTD in dialog with Preston

So before I smash a hole in my rig to vent all my anger, I figured I'd ask for help about this. I've been getting a constant error-less CTD in my current session. At first, it was constantly crashing when I first opened the Pip-Boy, right after picking it up, so I uninstalled all my mods and re-installed all of them, except for the Unofficial Patch and Def_UI, and that seemed to work, mostly, I still kept getting these same crashes, but at random, and reloading the game I could keep playing from that point.

Now I've just finished the Tenpines Bluff quest and talked to Preston about. Now the problem is that, as soon as Preston mentions that I am the leader the Minutemen needs, the game crashes again, I've already re-installed all my mods, deactivated all Minutemen mods, and it still crashes at that point, so I'm really at a loss as to what to do now, and I don't really want to restart the game, and possibly face the same problems as before, nor do I want to finish the game with any other faction.

I'm playing on version 10.26, and this is my load order:

Honestly not sure which mod could be the problem, but as a general suggestion, have you sorted your load order with LOOT? Sometimes doing just that works miracles, and can also point out certain issues with mods. Also, are you using F4SE and launching with it? You are using mods that require it so I certainly hope so.

Yes I'm using F4SE, going to check out LOOT and see if it helps.

EDIT: Okay, so I've tried Loot and it doesn't work, it gives an error when applying the sorted load order, so I manually edited the load order in NMM, following the order gave by Loot, and it still crashes.

One of the things you should always mention when seeking help is what rig you're playing on (CPU, GPU, RAM, OS).

Random crashes could mean you're low on RAM/V-RAM. Have a look at ENBoost and see what gives.

General good advice, but if its only with one certain character, and only on one special talking-phrase, its not system-related in my opinion.

There are 2 things i would advice to take a look at.

1. XDI (extended dialoge interface). It can cause problems, if something went wrong during installation. Try to uninstall (delete, not deactivate in NMM).

2. some of your minutemen-addons caused a hick-up in the save-file. In that case, your somewhat screwed. The only solution would be, to setstage the quest to a later point, (skipping the conversation) and see if something goes wrong from there.

Something you should take care of with nexus mod manager is, to always work as admin when it comes to installing mods. Without, NMM tells you, everything went fine, and you may be happy and so on, but no, nothing is fine. File permissions often screw up without admin.rights, resulting in files not registering the right way, missing textures, or scripts.

Well I deactivated XDI and... voilá, it worked now, thanks for the help.
