Only thing that will be needed is a rescan of your game(s) so that NMM knows where to look. NMM's mods folder will/can stay in the same location as it was before, unless you also want to move that folder. Then you'll need to point NMM to the new location by hitting the cogwheels top of the NMM screen and opening the Fallout4 tab and set the location in the Mod Directory box.
