Indeed you just need to supply the path to the directories, not to point to the executable files (since OBSE and OBMM are supposed to be installed in the same directory as Oblivion.exe) PS: And is because this their names must be the original ones. The character manager have a path to itself since it don't have the restriction of being at the same Oblivion folder. And the Oblivion.ini as normal is in C:\My Documents\My games\...\Oblivion (these names path can change in non English Windows)

Seems your video card may be indeed overloaded or even the CPU is. you can aways try performance mods and utilities, such as: Streamline; Operation Optimization; Quiet feet Max... Remember mods that enhances texture resolution places a heavy burden over the VC. At some point you will have to make compromises or upgrade it. Remember video card with less then 512 MB VRAM will have very hard time with those high resolution mods. PS: normally would be the FPS the first to be affected, isn't easy doing a precise diagnosis without testing with other demanding softwares to certify if is a soft or hardware issue. bluekatt
i tend to run the game in 640 or 800 but i found the scource of the problem it seems one body mod either overwrote or cancelled the other out to such an degree that all bodies in the game are affected sounds like reinstall time to me
