Vindekarr Posted July 4, 2012 Share Posted July 4, 2012 (edited) Massive, massive crash at Silverstone yesterday, Marussia-Virgin's techdev driver Maria DeVillota has been hospitalised with what are described as "critical, life-threatening head and facial injuries" after hitting the back of the team's support vehicle during a developement lap at high speed. Questions will have to be asked about the ridiculous test ban, teams should not be testing on airstrips. Had this happened in a proper pit lane that truck would not have been there.
