Random CTD and Black Screen

Ever since I started modding Skyrim I have had one issue after another. Despite going through all the support, using LOOT,and modifying the SKSE.ini file. Lately literally doing anything has caused it to go black and crash. The other day I pressed the sprint key and what do you know it crashes. This is my load order and any feedback would be appreciated.

The only other thing I have noticed is that it crashes to black instead of a normal CTD. The only way to get out of the black screen is to press the power button for the PC to power off.

Nothing immediately jumps out as being wrong. However, you do have some old mods that I recommend replacing:

• Ultimate Follower Overhaul is somewhat unstable. You can replace it with Extensible Follower Framework, Immersive Amazing Follower Tweaks or Follower Live Package.
• The Dance of Death - A Killmove Mod is somewhat buggy and no longer supported by its author. Instead, you can use VioLens - A Killmove Mod, which has similar features.

As for your CTDs, I can only point you to the usual fixes:

• Make sure you have the SKSE Memory Patch set up.
• Install Crash Fixes and be sure to read the description.
• Install Bug Fixes. Not absolutely required, but it has some nice fixes that aren't covered by USLEEP.
• Install Load Game CTD Fix. It fixes a thread race condition when loading save games.
• ENBoost - This gives you the memory management features of ENB without the visual effects processing. Not needed if you run an ENB.
• If you still have issues, you can monitor your stats with Skyrim Performance Monitor.

What mod manager are you using? Can you post your Skyrim.ini, SkyrimPrefs.ini and enblocal.ini (if you have one)?

I am currently using the NMM. I am going to try what you recommended to see if it works.

The current Setup I am using is a GTX 1080 and a i7 7700k processor, and 16 GBS of ram.

i personally tend to avoid adding such an insane number of npc's. not saying that's the problem but it can cause problems. guard dialogue overhaul should be loaded at the top, and elfx should be loaded maybe just before alternate start. i've never used pure waters, but if it changes the water type for entire worldspaces you'll probably want to load it dead last. i posted to someone how to check their plugins for conflicts a minute ago in this forum if you get desperate.
