Baphomet
I'm getting an error message popping up whenever I travel to Caldera that reads roughly as follows: "Can not load file Meshes A Art File in Meshes A Art File. Will use default marker default_marker.nif" That's not the exact wording, but it's pretty close. At any rate, I get those joyous yellow-shapes scattered all over Caldera and the surrounding countryside. The funny thing is, so far it only happens in and around Caldera; not that I really like Caldera all that much to begin with, so yes the obvious solution would be to stay out of Caldera. I've thought of that. I've unloaded all my plug-ins to see if that's the problem, and I still get the error. Do I have a corrupted file or something?? Anyone? Anyone? Stampede? Stampede
Aaaaw! I made a topic just for you! The old 'Conflict..' one we used to have, no matter! :P So all the plug-ins off eh? Has anything been messing with the morrowind ESM files? Did you try starting a new game to see if it would still happen? If there's files missing I'm sure we can help you recover them. :)
Switch
could be that some meshes u installed from one of the plugins have overwritten the defaults and messed it up, or something...? maybe u shud reinstall
Stampede
Ok I see you've put it in the old one now, so we'll carry on with this there :P Nothing like nostalgia hey guys?
bobb_91101
This happened to me as well. It happens when to remove a plugin from a saved game. All you need to do is put the plug in back to recover the lost files.
thanateros
that's not too good. having to use a plugin just to keep your game on life support should try to be avoided at all modding costs. i would probably reinstall the game and then load the save game and save it again to see if it works. Baphomet
[laughing] Now you just watch... I'll re-install MW, which will overwrite a bunch of files that were overwritten by one or more of my plug-ins and I'll be having a thousand, albeit new and exciting, plug-in conflicts!! I know... you're in league with Stampede, aren't you?? [/laughing]
