Why not max out my memory?

I am running Win 7 64bit Ultimate version

I have 32GB System memory and

16GB Vram! :geek:

 

Skyrim SE has yet to be seen using 4GB or more of sysram

or 4GB or more of Vram. :confused:

 

I am using 120+ addons/mods via MO2, with Huge Texture maps. :cool:

 

Any Ideas why?

 

(X-Plane 10 -64 bit behaves the same!) :confused:

I regularly go over 4GB of V-RAM. The max I've used (as far as I've noticed -I keep track of things through MSI Afterburner on my keyboard's display but of course am not constantly watching) is around 5.5GB. System RAM sits around 4GB (including 2.7GB for OS and stuff). Overall I'm using exactly half of what I'm using for Fallout 4.

 

I'm also on Win7 64-bits, with 16GB RAMand 8GB V-RAM. Settings at ultra in 1080p. Currently playing stable with 253 mods/171 plug-ins. Loads of 2 and 4K textures plus the Quality choice of the Natural View Tamriel for Dolomite Weather ENB.
