Can someone pro check out my load order and tell me if it's good? Im a semi-noob in these things.

To sort plug-ins, best use LOOT (Load Order Optimisation Tool). As for recommending mods, that's a bit tricky as we don't know your tastes nor what specs your PC/laptop has...

for a better looking game, it all come down to your personal taste, some will tell you get this or that, but in the end its you who decide wat to use

as for a load/mod order i don't know never use those crappy programs(old school all manual for me), but then again i only use some texture mods, and stuf i made myself

 

and like jimmy say its depend on your comp/sys also

I added the link to LOOT in my earlier post. It's a standalone program made especially for FO4, Skyrim, Skyrim SE, etc. Dunno what is integrate into MO as I'm using NMM. LOOT has a so-called MasterList to which known working mods are added regularly. When sorting your load order with LOOT it checks mods to look for priorities and possible errors.

 

If LOOT gets "outdated" then it's because the user doesn't update it.

 

Your machine is okay for tackling anything SSE could throw at you.

@Jimmy - just looked over your plugins and had a couple of questions....your have an ESM that disabled skyrim borders. Is that necessary? I thought you just needed to tweak the ini to disable borders?

 

Also, I notice you are using the Bijin mods but are not using the All In One which would allow you to disable the ESPs. Is there a reason for this?

 

I'm not questioning your ability/knowledge when it comes to modding, from your posts it's clear you know more than I do. I ask because I use the Bijin mods and quest mods that require borders to be disabled.

I had a problem in the past where I couldn't get past the game's limits even with the ini file adapted, so I installed the "mod". Haven't tried yet if I now can get past the map limits or not. About the Bijin AIO, well, I forgot to re-enable it to be honest. I used the three Bijin mods and then installed the AIO but noticed Adrianne Avenicci (Whiterun blacksmith) was missing her lower legs and part of her blacksmith's frock, so I reverted back to the stand-alone plugs. But the result is the same with or without the AIO. Which means she probably missed those parts before and I simply didn't notice earlier. I should check the game without the Bijin Warmaidens mod installed or any of the other mods I have that influence/alter NPCs, but, it's not like I spend the whole game staring at Adrianne. I only go to see her when in need of dumping some loot, so, hey, let her be legless as long as all the rest functions perfectly.

 

And I'm no expert. I have some experience because I use mods like a madman, but that doesn't mean I have an unlimited source of wisdom, nor that I'm always right. Checking for yourself, no matter what anybody says, is never a bad thing.

Strange about the borders, I've never had that problem but everyone's mileage seems to vary when it comes to modding.
