CTD on barter initiation. 110 active mods.

Having an issue with my current mod setup, I assume it's load order issue or maybe a compatibility issue but I'm not sure, the papyrus log I can't really understand and is really long due to the amount of mods I have I would assume and SSEEdit doesn't come up with any errors either, all I know is when I walk up to a vendor, Lucan or Alvor for example in Riverwood, and select the "what you got for sale" option to barter, I get instant CTD as soon as I click it. My load order is sorted by Loot as I'm not experienced or knowledgeable enough to really do it myself manually but I do know sometimes Loot can be wrong. I'll paste my load order below and I can link the papyrus log too if anyone is interested in trying to make sense of that.

Such a CTD can have many causes. You can have mods installed that were originally made for Skyrim and haven't been converted to the SE properly, or you might even have installed some Oldrim mods manually. As long as those Oldrim mods are textures only, there should't be a problem as there's no plug-in involved. However, mods that have also meshes and thus a plug-in must be converted properly in the Special Edition Creation Kit to change the old file form (43) to the new one (44).

The CTD could also be the cause of bad sorting. If not already, use LOOT for load order purposes.

There's quite a few mods in your load order that have issues and which I passed on because of the bug reports. Not saying those are "bad" mods, I just like to avoid them to stay reasonably safe.

Then there's mods that could need SKSE64 without the latter being installed.

One mod in your lot that sticks out as being a possible candidate for causing your instant CTD is the VendorComments.esp since that one is directly related to vendors and their speech. Disable it and reload your game to see what happens.

Also, try to use

tags when adding large chunks of text

Thanks for the help and sorry for the late reply. Disabling and uninstalling vendor comments did not solve the issue and I know SKSE64 wasn't an issue because I had that properly installed for the mods that required it and most everything was installed via NMM through the skyrim se nexus mods so nothing was oldrim. I'm not entirely sure what the issue is but I'm gonna start from scratch and reinstall and reselect mods for my playthrough and take into consideration mods that could have issues as you stated. Thank you for your help.
