CTD near Tenpines Bluff

Been having this problem where the game crashes when I'm at Tenpines Bluff crossing the rope bridge or heading towards Lexington. I've been able to play for several hours with no problems until I head to this spot.

 

I've tried a new game and still crash in the same location so I know the save file isn't corrupted.

Bumping this... As I'm having the same problem, free to roam everywhere else BUT anywhere near this place... closest I get is Bedford Station, after I get into the wooded area toward Tenpines, CTD, tried to circumvent via going NE from Olivia then turning south, same problem... anyone out there who has an idea?

I have several ideas. All the time. Not related to your game, however.

 

How are we supposed to know what's going on if you are as vague about your game as you possibly can?

 

First thing that springs to mind is a mod that influences the cells around Tenpines Bluff, but we don't even know if you have any mods installed. If not, it could be as simple as not having enough juice (RAM) to load the area...

Could you guys post your mod lists/load orders? Maybe we can see if there's something in there affecting that area.

Same problem as the guys above. Not sure what is causing the crash. Pretty sure I don't have a mod for tenpines bluff. But idk.
