So I want to remove the deadly reflex mod and its animations. but when I download the Oblivion mod remover I expected an exe. like it said in the read me but its not their. did the aurthor forget to put the exe in the zip or something? or am I just missing something?

It is a java application, it uses a .jar program that is what you 'click'.The most important thing there is you NEED JRE you can download from the Sun Microsystems site and religiously following the remaining instructions.
